10k!

hello i am at work again, bored as usual! i've been surfing the net since morning and this time, time seems to pass so much faster than last week i dont know why! haha 1 more hour here and i'm off to wisma to register for the 10k human race next month. i hope i'll get a place because apparently the response was very overwhelming when the registration was first open and now they have to add 500 more places and all those interested have to register today! haha wish me luck! i quite like the jersey and the idea of running a 10k marathon sounds really cool as i've never participated in such an event before! :D

long weekends. okay, not exactly long, but at least longer than usual. i think my weekends were quite well spent with much missed 2sb4 class of 2008! i met them three times in a row! haha although there were only like 5 of us each time, the outings were still class outings, mini ones and i dont know why i just felt as if we were in the past, in acjc, all over again. haiz i think i shouldnt continue dwelling in the past. i am in ntu now, i must remember!!! :(


next time we must get more people to come okay? i havent seen fishy, chriswini, melissa, elizabeth and swaiming since we came back to acjc for a level results i think! :( and hey acjc lifeguards, lets meet for a swim this weekend, probably saturday? i shall message everyone! :D

ntu class of 1989/1994/1999/2004 reunion.

i am at ntu alumni affairs office now, working as a student assistant. basically, my job is just to call all the alumni in a list that they give me at the beginning of the day and pursuade them to go for the reunion. why must i use the word 'persuade'? its simply because no one wants to go. out of the dont-know-how-many people i've called so far, only 2-3 indicate that they're interested in the event and may be coming. how pathetic? i wonder whether its the same for other universities' reunions. maybe its just the ntu thing! (sorry i am still against ntu, and a lot of people cant believe that i am an ntu student, considering how badly i speak of the school!)

this job is seriously boring! its way worse than shangri-la last time. doing this makes me miss working at shangri-la because i was always so busy running here and there, doing this and that! and having persuaded people to go for a reunion since morning makes me miss ac, more than ever and i want to come back to ac so badly. but i dont want to come back there without all the familiar faces that i used to see there. i want an acjc class of 2008 reunion! but i think i'll have to wait at least another 5 years for that! oh no, i really wish i could go back to the past! :(
