post-exam schedule!

exams. and pokka green tea!

my first uni exams have ended!!!! :D :D :D although i am not sure how well/unwell i did [yes i seriously cant judge!], i am still happy that i've completed all the papers! now i am a free and happy boy! :D yay!

anyways i was looking at the calendar just now and i was so shocked when i realised that the year was actually ending! omg honestly i still think that i am in 2008 sometimes and suddenly 2009 is going to be over! :( thats really scary! i dont even remember any major thing that i've done this year! gosh! >.<

haha but who cares? i am still a happy girl! i shall go out everyday and do all the things that i've planned since eons ago! and btw i am in love with pokka jasmine green tea, always have been and maybe always will be! :D heaven and earth one isnt bad either! lalala i love green tea! :D

exams!

heh so my exams are starting tmr! (: i dont know why i am rather excited! haha maybe its because i just cant wait for exams to end so that i can be free! haha maybe its because i have never sat for an exam here before so i am curious to find out! haha maybe its because ...

i suddenly felt a tinge of sadness as i recalled how exams were in ac last time. i miss studying at the void deck with sb4s/lifeguards. i miss stoning at the bleachers before the papers. i miss walking to the sports complex from the main building with sb4s/lifeguards. i miss sitting at the pool waiting to go into the hall. i miss talking to random people in the hall before the paper. i miss looking around at random people during the paper. i miss complaining to random people about the paper after its over. gosh i just miss it so much! [hicks this is rather weird, i miss exams!!!]

it will be a new experience tmr! good luck to me! meow! :D

market-ing!

someone please save me from marketing, or, to be more accurate, market-ing!!! after reading the textbook for the first time in 3 months, i realised that i knew nothing about marketing! :( okay, maybe not nothing, but TOWS and 4Ps are just two of the 24365086545698 marketing concepts there are! hicks and i seriously don't know how to apply all these concepts into real cases. i opened last year's paper to take a look just now, and i almost cried! >.< ohmigosh, marketing exam is like next weeeeeek!

haiz maybe i should just give up on marketing and focus on ob, econs and stats instead!

global citizen! :D

hello i've just added two additional clocks to my computer, one of which shows colorado time while the other shows london time. the main clock still follows gmt+7 (singapore time) and if i want to know the time in vietnam, i can just minus one hour from singapore time. i feel like i am such a global citizen now! :D


ps. oh no i realised that i've been posting a lot of random things lately! :( i guess that's the exam syndrome (i always get high when exams are approaching!) :D

1.5 million!

vino and i bought TOTO yesterday!!!!! :D the draw is tomorrow. if vino and i win, vino and i will have 1.5 million! :D okay lets all cross our little fingers and wish the little cat and bear best of luck! with 1.5 million, vino and i will invest in a house so that hopefully within a year, the amount invested will double or triple. then vino and i will have either 3 million or 4.5 million. with 3 million or 4.5 million, vino and i will invest in a few other houses so that hopefully within another year, the amount invested will double or triple again. then vino and i will have either 6 or 9 or 9 or 13.5 million! and the trend continues! and do you know what is the best part of this? the initial cost incurred for vino and me is just $2! :D :D :D (as i only bought 2 dollars worth of TOTO!)


besides investing in houses, i think i will also spend part of my money buying lots of clothes from ZARA, especially ZARA KIDS! :D :D :D i am totally in love with ZARA KIDS! when i was there the other day, i saw this dress (which was supposed to be for children aged 11-12 btw) which was really really pretty! seriously ZARA KIDS is the best place for shopping as you can get nice clothes at a much cheaper price compared to adults' clothes! however, i decided to be prudent and hence didnt get that piece in the end! :( but because of that, i had money for TOTO so yeah!


hicks i dont know how to check TOTO results! :( i shall find out how to do that soon, if not vino and i wont be able to claim our 1.5 million! :D oh yeah, one more thing! i think i either looked like a dumbo or looked super suspicious yesterday when vino and i were buying TOTO because the OLD aunties and uncles there kept giving me weird stares! :(

i just posted something on http://orchardlovers.blogspot.com! (: i havent visited that place for ages and visiting it does bring back a lot of memories! :( i miss you cats! (okay normally people would say "i miss you girls" but i shall say it in my way!) now orchard is very different from last time and besides orchard, there are so many other shopping malls around. yes, things have changed a lot, but i hope our friendships will be the same, always and forever! <3

i called sia just now to change the date of my flight and omg i wasted 24578274148976894 years of my life waiting for the call to be connected! only then did i feel how frustrating it was for shangri-la customers to hold on to the phone for years last time during "flash your age"! okay i actually dont mind waiting, as long as i achieved my purpose of calling. however, i was seriously pissed when the customer service officer couldnt find my booking although i had given her my booking reference, ticket number, name, flight details and practically everything abt me!! then after so long, she managed to find it and then told me to copy down the booking reference again. i thought there was a change in the booking reference, so i patiently took it down. however, it turned out that the number was the same. i asked the person and she said "yes it's the number that you gave me just now!" wtk!!!

so yeah, after she found it, she went through the procedure and finally told me that she wasnt able to change the date for me. she then gave me another number to call. i called that number and waited for another 8425286482958947 years! after that, when i finally managed to reach someone and had to go through the whole procedure again, the answer i received from this guy was exactly the same as what i had earlier! and he, too, gave me another number to call. this number, to my surprise, was the same number as what the girl gave me earlier which was the number that i was dialing! i told the guy, and he replied by saying that "oh i am not sure about that mam, but i am unable to proceed your request here" i was very very very angry already at that moment, but i tried to calm myself down and stop myself from screaming at him. so i just quickly said "oh okay thanks bye". after that, when he said "just for your information...", i thought he was going to provide me with some useful information, so i listened to him. but what followed the "just for your information" was "you must be at the airport and check in at least 1 hour before departure time blah blah blah". OMG!!! so i just "oh okay i know thanks bye" and hung up before he said anything else!

i have never expected to receive this kind of service from SIA. like seriously never ever!



okay i just realised that this sounds a lot of the complaints that i read when working at shangri-la last time!
