the weather has been really unpredictable over the last few days. its strangely cold, not just at night but in the day as well because it keeps raining. haish this is not good at all! ): when there's a weather change from hot to cold, my right knee often reacts adversely, like it hurt a little the other day when i went jogging after the rain and it felt rather weird just now when i was climbing the stairs from south spine to north spine in school. oh no what's happening? i barely remember that there used to be something wrong with one of my knees when i was smaller, but i can't exactly recall which knee it was and what actually happened. meow time to consume more calcium! :D meiji chocolate milk is love yo!
