a moth flew into my room, hit the fan and was cut into half just now! :( if it just died that way, there wouldn't be much to talk abt. the horrible thing here is that after they (the two halves of the moth) landed on the floor, the one with the head was still moving. no, it was not just moving, IT FLEW FRANTICALLY AROUND IN MY ROOM!!!
sock and i were horrified. all we could do was to hug each other, screaming and crying. however, that didnt solve anything, so i decided that we needed to get some help. i wanted to call 999 initially, but i thought it'd not be a good idea, because they'd probably take years to come. hence, i went to theresa's room to ask her and eva to come over with their broom and dust pan. unfortunately, all 4 of us couldn't do anything but pray to the moth(s).
desperate, i even went online to do some research abt moths and begged edwin and ching wei for help but nothing worked out because all the suggested solutions would require either one of us to touch the moth(s)!! fortunately, after hearing non-stop screaming for about 20 mins (or at least that was what xiaojiao claimed), xiaojiao and 3 guys came over and they managed to, hmm, bring the moth(s) to heaven. not so long after the moth(s) was/were gone, 4 other guys from 3rd floor came up!!! they were so responsive, i know right?
okay end of story. i just wanted to record down this story because i felt that it was one in a million. haiz, now i need to get a rest to recover from the trauma. bye world! oh by the way, i think the reputation that i've been trying to build in hall is now gone! :(
